
Choose your connection - If you’re using audio conferencing, you can choose whether to connect using your phone network or VoIP. You might also be prompted to input the online meeting ID. Click on the meeting invitation - When it’s time for the meeting, just click on the meeting invitation button.
With web conferencing, you have the option of sending an online meeting ID instead of the dial-in and access codes.
Send the call invite - Similar to the first step for phone conferencing, you also need to send the meeting details to your participants. These apps usually come with more controls and features, so it’s better to use them instead of a browser to do a conference meeting. Download any required software - Many conference calling services allow you to make calls through their website, but some also offer a downloadable app. Wait for other participants to enter - Once you’ve entered the call, all that’s left is to wait for the other people to join. Take note of whether your provider does this. As we mentioned above, sometimes the access and PIN code are combined into one and is called a host access code. When prompted, input the PIN code as well. Input the access codes - First, enter the access code itself. Input the dial-in number - On the conference date (and time), input the dial-in number on your desk phone. Create a memo for the meeting participants, and make sure to include all of the necessary information like the dial-in and access codes.

You’ll need to have the dial-in and access codes on-hand when you set up because you’ll be inputting the information manually on your phone. Participants don’t need Bubble to join the call, but as mentioned, if they don’t use the app they have to dial the number and enter the PIN.If you’re using a desk phone, your way of setting up and accessing a conference call is pretty limited. In six countries, your conference calls get a local dial-in number. That’s not a huge downside, unless you’re inviting a lot of people.
In my tests using an iPhone, Bubble didn’t request access to my contacts, so I had to manually enter participant addresses. To schedule a new call, you enter the participants’ email addresses. When you install Bubble, you’re asked for your name, email address and mobile phone number. Otherwise, you still need to plug in the PIN.
Each call you set up or participate in does indeed have a dial-in PIN, but if you use the Bubble app to initial the call, it dials your PIN for you.
